Chat questions and up to six recent conversation messages are sent to OpenAI. Chat transcripts are not stored by this site; context stays in page memory until a new chat or reload. Requests use store=false, which does not mean zero provider retention. See OpenAI data controls. Do not submit confidential design data or sensitive personal information.

Messages and feedback

Only submissions through Message Sĩ / Feedback are saved after consent. The private inbox stores name, contact details, message, time and reference for review and reply. Records are removed after 90 days by daily maintenance. There is no automatic email notification or guaranteed reply time. Contact Si Pham on LinkedIn with your reference to request earlier deletion.

Operation

Salted IP hashes support short-lived rate limits. Standard server logs may contain IP address, URL, timestamp and browser details. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are used. LinkedIn links follow LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
